Privacy policy

Cullen Bowling Club ("we", "the club") respects your privacy. This page explains what little information this website collects and why.

Contact form

When you send a message through our contact page we store your name, contact details and message so that a club officer can reply. We use these details only to deal with your enquiry, we never sell or share them, and we delete enquiries once they are no longer needed.

Visitor statistics

We count page views using our own privacy-friendly system. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not store your full IP address (only a shortened network prefix). A random identifier is kept in your browser's local storage purely so repeat views aren't double-counted.

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking cookies. The club's admin area (used only by club officers) uses a session cookie to keep officers signed in.

External links

Links to other sites - such as our Facebook group or Google Maps - are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the club secretary via the contact page or in person at the clubhouse, Reidhaven Place, Cullen, AB56 4RN.
